Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Position Overview:
Looking for a relaxed yet fast-paced work environment? This role is perfect for organized multitaskers who can work independently. You’ll receive shipments, manage inventory, process orders, and handle domestic and international shipping documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify shipments against packing lists
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Process and package orders for shipping
- Create shipping labels and manage documentation
- Handle international shipping requirements
- Coordinate with accounting for payment verification

Production Assembly/Service Tech for Equipment Manufacturer
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with production personnel and engineers to prepare equipment – preforming all functions related to the assembly process from picking component inventory through final assembly.
- Will be reading blueprints, process sheets, schematics, mechanical drawings, pictures and other diagrams to connect sub-assemblies used to assemble the final product.
- Receives work orders from the production manager and the sales department that determine components required for machine assembly.
- Assemble products with a focus on quality
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications and customer’s order requirements.
- Record inspection data for each machine.
- Notify production manager of any unusual problems or concerns
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform necessary job duties.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification (training on-site) and be able to operate overhead cranes
- Assist shipping department with loading of ocean containers for international shipping.
- Communicate with purchasing to maintain required inventory levels for manufacturing.
- Some customer contact is required during equipment demonstrations and service inquiries.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- The position requires a highly motivated, positive individual that can work both independently and in a “team” environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand or walk for the majority of the work day
- Able to lilt 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Able to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools

Welder
Position Overview:
Full-time Wire Feed Welder to prepare and create welds according to blueprints in our equipment
manufacturing process of ship unloaders and pneumatic conveying systems. One year experience is
preferred, but recent technical college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create quality welds according to blueprints.
- Prepare products to be welded steel/aluminum parts.
- Inspect welds for accuracy.
- Change wire, welding, as needed.
- Change gas tanks, as needed
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
- Perform simple maintenance and repair as required. Wire feed and stainless welding.
- Receive work orders from the production manager.
- Notify production manager of any unusual problems or concerns
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification (training on-site) and be able to operate overhead cranes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years welding experience preferred
- Highly motivated, positive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical and technical skills required
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the work day
