The VacBoss is the result of our customer’s demands for a truly industrial vac – one that would require less maintenance even when conveying large volumes of dusty, sticky products. VacBoss is the first vac able to withstand the rigorous conveying conditions of commercial bulk handling environments.
With nearly 100% filtering efficiency, the BlowerGard Filtration system increases blower life and protects your VacBoss investment over time. High volume operators no longer have to budget for annual or bi-annual blower rebuilds typically necessary with conventional vacs.
VacBoss is available in self-powered diesel, electric, or tractor-powered PTO versions, there’s a VacBoss model right for you.

BlowerGard™ Filtration System
Our exclusive BlowerGard™ Filtration with MicroTube™ filters blocks approximately 99.97% of abrasive dust particles. The integrated VibraShaker™ cleaning system efficiently shakes dust off the filters and back into the bulk material, maintaining consistent performance while extending blower life by up to 35% compared to conventional systems.
RVI™ Reduced Velocity Inlet
Reduces incoming air velocity by up to 60%, decelerating bulk material as it enters the receiving cone. Positioned low on the VacBoss for increased performance, lower power requirements, reduced pipe wear, and easier pipe connections.
Heavy-Duty Airlock System
- Blow-thru design with extra-large throat for maximum throughput

Airlock Truck™ Access System
Only VacBoss features the Airlock Truck – a rolling chassis that allows the airlock to roll out on a track for quick inspection and tip adjustment in minutes, without cranes or heavy lifting. Hydraulic Truck-Loading Kit (TLK) Provides 270-degree rotational movement with standard truck loading clearance of 12′ 2″. Hydraulically raised and lowered with the touch of a lever, featuring heavy-duty bearings for stability. Models 3056 and 4066 include a camlock coupled lower elbow for tool-free removal.

Flexible Piping Options
Rubber Flex Piping
Standard rubber flex is lightweight and flexible, ideal for clean-up applications. Features compound rubber formulated to dissipate static electricity with rigid PVC helix construction. For maximum durability and longer service life, heavy-duty rubber flex is recommended.
Stainless Steel Flex
The most flexible and durable metal option. Constructed entirely of 302 stainless steel for contamination and corrosion resistance. High-temperature packing ensures optimum performance in the most demanding applications.
Galvanized Steel Flex
Hot-dipped galvanized carbon steel (.019″ thick) stands up to tough conveying environments. High-temperature packing virtually eliminates air leaks and provides high capacities. Available with stainless steel liner (.038″ thick total) featuring Easyflo™ smooth bore to minimize grain damage and maximize performance.
Straight Piping & Elbows
Aluminum Straight Pipe
Heavy-duty aluminum combines lightweight handling with lasting strength. Available with camlock couplers for fast, easy connections.

Steel Elbows
Available in 15, 30, 45, 60, and 90-degree bends for bin and silo plumbing installations. All elbows are steel grit blasted, primed, and painted. Connect with compression couplers or available with camlock couplers attached.
Couplers & Connectors
Camlock Couplers
Connect in seconds without separate clamps or bolts. Ensures proper pipe alignment and vacuum/pressure seal. Reusable when replacing flex pipe. Compatible with all makes and models of pneumatic conveyors.
Quick-Connect Options:
- Quick-Clamp with J-hook for 1″ or 1-1/4″ angle-flanged piping
- Quick-On couplers with integral hand-tightening screw for tool-free installation
Compression Couplers
Butt-connect straight pipe, elbows, or stubs with heavy rubber gasket, steel inner sleeve, and bolted compression for solid connections. Commonly used in bin and silo installations.
Nozzles
Straight Nozzles
Aluminum construction with 360-degree handle and adjustable air door. Male camlock coupler for quick attachment. Available with detachable cleanup head (skids or wheels) and Bell end for improved performance.
Removable Heads & Bells
Detachable flat nozzle with wheels for cleanup applications. Bell end attachment increases bulk material uptake for better performance.
Adjustable Cleanup Nozzle
Ergonomic design reduces back stress with height adjustments. Dual wheels and lightweight 18-pound construction for easy handling. Wide head maximizes cleanup efficiency.
