Industrial Painter

Work with production manager to assign priority processing of painted parts
Prep and load manufactured pieces on to racks for painting process.
Prep the materials to be painted by taping, washing, sandblasting, or using other approved methods.
Adjust nozzles on spray guns to obtain the proper dispersion of the paint spray.
Prepare materials, surfaces, and structures for coverage with primer and paint.
Maintain a clean work environment
Clean paint lines, paint guns, and perform other cleaning preventative maintenance to ensure that painting apparatus remains in working order.
Complete purchase requisitions to obtain new painting supplies and equipment.
Record required information for hazardous waste disposal
Have a strong working knowledge of job site safety, maintaining a safe work environment by identifying hazards and safety awareness.
